Customs have today issued a consultation document entitled "Easing the Impact of VAT on Business: Consultation on the Delayed Accounting for VAT at Import Scheme (DAVIS)". Copies have been placed in the Library of the House. Responses to the consultation are invited by 31 October 2002.
