§ Mr. McNultyFollowing inter&-departmental correspondence my noble Friend Lord Sainsbury announced on 2 July in another place during second reading of the Enterprise Bill our intention to bring forward amendments that will provide exemption from the insolvency provisions within the Bill for all RSLs, whether they are companies or industrial and provident societies.
