§ Dr. MoonieBetween 1 January 1990 and 1 July 2002 there have been 1,748 deaths in the regular armed forces due to injury. The following table shows these injury related deaths broken down by geographical region. Information on precise location of deaths is not readily available and could be provided only at disproportionate cost and it would compromise Service personnel confidentiality.
