§ Hilary BennThe definition of Government funding used for the purposes of the estimates is the same as that published in the Report on Central Government Funding of Voluntary and Community Organisations 1982–83 to 1999–2000 (annexe B, page 20) ISBN 1 84082 636–3,copies of which are available in the Library. No categories of financial transaction were specifically excluded.
