asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether it is correct for employees of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission to provide legal opinions to that commission. [HL5012]

This is a matter for the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commisison. The chief commissioner has been asked to write to the noble Lord. A copy of his letter will be placed in the Libraries of the House.
