§ Mr. IngramMy officials have not received any formal representations from the Canadian Government about the condition of the ex upholder class submarine HMS Unseen, now re-named HMCS Victoria, and as such have no information about the cost of repairs. My officials will of course assist with any Canadian inquiries.
