Mr. Laws

To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills, pursuant to her answer of 17 January 2002,Official Report, column 446W, on local education authorities, if she will estimate the repair and renewal costs for each local education authority as a percentage of the education authority's annual budget for the latest available year; if she will rank them to show the highest to the lowest repair and renewal bill as a share of total LEA budget; and if she will make a statement.
