§ The Prime MinisterThe letter referred to is the property of the Whittington hospital NHS trust. I note that the letter sent by the trust to theEvening Standard was published on 24 January.
No Government officials, including special advisers, gave any assistance in the drafting of this letter. NHS press officers are employed, and report to, the trusts themselves.
