To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills what steps she is taking to increase education funding in Swindon. [23842]

Swindon's Education Standard Spending Assessment will be increased by 4.65 per cent. next year, and the sums available through the Standards Fund and in direct grant to schools will also increase.
