§ Mr. BradshawDiplomatic action to eliminate terrorist networks is one of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office's priorities. We regularly raise counter-terrorism issues with a wide range of Governments and in many international organisations and have an active programme of international co-operation in this area. This activity has increased significantly since 11 September. We consistently call for an end to state sponsorship and for firm action to root out terrorist networks on the part of Governments which unwillingly host terrorists.
