§ Mr. LeslieAll works carried out during the period covered by the Question were undertaken as part of a 5 year rolling programme of maintenance and repair work necessary in order to maintain the fabric and content of the buildings to an acceptable level. Within such costs, to try to separately identify work undertaken on Ministerial Private Offices would incur disproportionate costs.
