§ Clare ShortWe support the EC making preparations for the resumption of aid to Sudan so that aid can be disbursed when the time is right. But it would be premature for the EC to begin disbursing assistance, other than that which is intended to meet urgent humanitarian need, before there are substantial moves towards peace.
