The Secure Borders, Safe Haven—Integration with Diversity in Modern Britain White Paper was published on 7 February 2002. Copies have been supplied to Parliament. The Home Office had an extensive list of consultees that included ministerial colleagues, relevant Opposition spokespersons, non-governmental bodies, and other interested parties. The consultation period ends on 21 March 2002.
