To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if the Government will require the British Board of Film Classification to submit its classification guidelines for parliamentary approval. [35654]

The BBFC is an independent body, and it would not be appropriate to submit its guideline—which were subject to public consultation—for parliamentary approval.
