To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what plans he has to ensure that non-screened areas in Jobcentre Plus offices will be staffed by those who volunteer for the position. [30342]

Jobcentre Plus will be delivered by our staff in a predominantly unscreened environment. Detailed staffing arrangements are a matter for the Chief Executive of Jobcentre Plus and his managers.
