To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many war pensions were granted by the War Pensions Agency to armed forces personnel last year. [34558]

§ Dr. Moonie
A claim for war disablement pension may only be made after discharge from the armed forces.
The total number of war pensions granted by the War Pensions Agency from 1 January 2001 to 31 December 2001 was 7,209.
