To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry when the minister responsible for the Insolvency Service will meet with the hon. Member for Leicester, East to discuss the insolvency of BCCI. [31859]

A letter dated 22 November offered a meeting. The hon. Member's office contacted the Department recently and a meeting has been arranged for 7 March 2002.
