§ Mr. Meacher
The Carbon Trust is setting up a range of initiatives to accelerate the take up of cost effective, low-carbon technologies and measures in the non-domestic sector. The strategy is published on the Carbon Trust's website www.thecarbontrust.co.uk.
The Carbon Trust is currently preparing a business plan outlining programme work for the next financial year.
