§ Mr. Andrew SmithGovernment Departments are responsible for their own contracts, however OGCbuying.solutions offer framework contracts that are available to the whole of central Government. There are three contracts in place with Esso covering heating oils and motor fuels. Specific details cannot be disclosed in accordance with Exemption 13 of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information.
