To ask the Deputy Prime Minister how many appeals against the valuation of a property being sold under the right to buy scheme were submitted in London in each year since 1992, broken down by local authority. [87989]

The following table, compiled by the Valuation Office Agency, which carries out all determinations of appeals under the statutory Right to Buy scheme in England and Wales, shows determinations made in each London borough between 1 January 1992 and 30 November 2002.
