§ Ms BlearsWe received 215 responses to the consultation paper. Many of them provided detailed comments on various aspects of the proposal: it is not possible to categorise them simply as either "positive" or "negative". An account of the points made in the responses, and of the decisions we are taking in the light of them, will be made available as soon as possible.
