§ Baroness Ashton of UphollandWhen the Education Bill receives Royal Assent, the department intends to publish a consultation paper on regulations under Chapter 2 after the school summer recess, early in the autumn term. In line with current guidelines, the consultation process should take a minimum of 12 weeks to complete.
