The Advocate-GeneralThe Government will publish their response to the Leggatt Report later in the year. There is ongoing work on this matter which will be subject to collective minister al decision. As regards the implications for UK tribunals operating in Scotland, the Lord Chancellor's Department have been considering this 1109W together with the Scotland Office and the Scottish Executive and the results of this consideration will be included in the Government's response.
