[holding answer 10 April 2002]: The Commission currently employs 1,717 individual members of staff (including part timers). Of these, 1,446 over 84 per cent.—have completed monitoring forms. The tables show the figures for each category of staff, broken down by pay band, ethnic background and sex. The figures are for individual staff in post as at 31 March in each year.
