§ Mr. ByersThe seminar was held on 1 February in the conference hall at Mary Sumner House, 24 Tufton Street, London SW1. It was attended by officials from DTLR, the Government Offices for the Regions and the Highways Agency and by consultants working on each of the multi-modal studies.
