§ Mr. BoatengCustoms and Excise are considering a wide range of issues as part of their ongoing consultation on the costs, benefits and practicalities of introducing a tax stamps system for spirits. This includes the experiences of other countries and the various sizes of container to which tax stamps would be affixed.
