§ Nigel GriffithsThe Small Business Council is working with the Small Business Service to develop and implement an updated version of the so-called Litmus test, which forms part of the regulatory impact assessment procedure. It has also asked the Small Business Service to analyse the cumulative burden of regulation on small businesses.
