To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what(a) assessment he has made of and (b) representations he has received in relation to incidences of physical attacks on British lorry drivers at French ports. [17648]

Mr. Bradshaw

We have had no recent reports of physical attacks on British lorry drivers at French ports.

If incidents do occur we will take them up with the French authorities.
