To ask the President of the Council what his Department's policy is in relation to departmental spending for supplies concerning the purchase of fair trade goods. [15214]

I refer the hon. Member to the answer given by my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of state for International Development, today, at column 931W.

The Privy Council Office however does not have a refreshment facility in which it could stock fair trade goods.
