§ Malcolm WicksThere are no plans to bring responsibility for Housing Benefit claims into Jobcentre Plus. We expect Jobcentre Plus and local authorities to work closely together to provide a coherent service for customers. We are aligning Jobcentre Plus district boundaries with local authority boundaries so as to manage the interaction between the two more effectively.
