§ Lord Hunt of Kings HeathThe Government have no plans at present to collect information on the importation and use of stem cells, although we continue to monitor developments in this field of research. Stem cell research is being examined currently by anad hoc Select Committee of the House of Lords and the Government will consider its recommendations when they are published.
