§ Brian CotterTo ask the Secretary of State for Health what assessment he has made of the impact of the recent decision by the High Court to award damages under the Consumer Protection Act 1988 to 114 people infected with hepatitis C through blood transfusion; and what implications this will have for haemophiliacs who have been infected by hepatitis C after receiving blood transfusions. [9501]
