To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions if he will list the(a) contracts and (b) meetings between Ernst and Young LLP and his Department in relation to rail transport in the last 12 months. [11224]

§ Mr. Spellar
Ernst and Young were engaged on 24 August to advise on possible options for Railtrack. In the course of that work, there were numerous meetings with the Department.
