§ Baroness BlackstoneWe actively encourage member states of the International Labour Organisation to fulfil their obligations and work towards ratifying and implementing the provisions of the conventions covered by the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and its follow-up, including those on forced and bonded labour. Forced labour is the subject of the annual global report that will be discussed at the International Labour Conference in June as part of the follow-up.
