To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport what telephone helplines to assist the public are administered by his Department and its agencies. [159507]

My Department operates a public enquiry unit to assist the public. The unit can be reached on 020 7211 6200 or at enquiries@culture.gov.uk.
The Department and the Royal Parks Agency operate no other helplines.
