Whether any Immigration Act detainees are now held (a) in the same wing and (b) in the same cell, as convicted criminals, at HM Prison Belmarsh. [HL1264]

Immigration Act detainees at Belmarsh prison are neither held on the same wing as convicted prisoners nor in the same cell. Detainees and unconvicted prisoners may be held on the same wing but not in the same cell.
