I was elected Chairman of the Public Accounts Commission at its meeting on 26 June and will normally expect to answer questions on behalf of the Commission. In the event of my unavoidable absence, questions will be answered by ft y hon. Friend the Member for Great Grimsby (Mr. Mitchell).
