To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what plans he has to reform housing benefit. [463]

Following years of neglect by the opposition, improving administration is the biggest challenge facing the Housing Benefit system.

We published our strategy to achieve this in December and we are working with local authorities to drive up standards of service, tackle fraud and error and promote work incentives.
