§ Mr. IngramThe Secretary of State regularly discusses a range of issues with the Chief Constable of the Royal Ulster Constabulary. The Secretary of State is confident that the Chief Constable is doing everything possible, within the resources he has available, to tackle incidents of violent crime in the Province.
