§ Mr. WicksOne representation has been received since September. We introduced the AS level qualification as part of the "Qualifying for Success" reforms. The reforms have generally been welcomed by HEI institutions. This is the first year of the reforms and we have been impressed by the response of schools, colleges, and students to them.
