§ Mr. BoatengThe only programme to be accredited before September 2000 was the Think First General Offending Programme; since its accreditation there have been an estimated 80 completions in Devon and Teesside (both Pathfinder areas). Those programmes accredited at the Joint Accreditation Panel in September 2000 have only been run in pilot/pre-accredited form. A small number of offenders will have completed the programme during the pathfinder development stages, but no figures are available.
