To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions what discussions he has had with the Director-General of the National Trust concerning damage to the SSSI in the Hindhead area. [150304]

The National Trust were represented on the Steering Group of the recently completed road based study of the A3 at Hindhead but there have not been any discussions recently with the Director-General of the Trust.
