As National Statistician I have been asked to reply to your question about the number of people employed in brewing in each region of the UK since 1995 (147009).The Annual Employment Survey (AES) provides information on employment for 1995 to 1998 for each region and nation of Great Britain. The AES may be accessed from the NOMIS database in the House of Commons Library.
