§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions (Lord Whitty)The Government have identified 11 inland bathing waters in the UK under36WA the Bathing Water Directive. We keep this matter under review and if any sites are brought to our attention as potential inland bathing waters, we shall consider them against the identification criteria in the directive.
