§ Mr. JamiesonThe national passenger survey has shown that the key issue for passengers is performance. The Strategic Rail Authority plans to include targets for passenger satisfaction in new franchises. The results of the NPS are published in the Authority's "On Track" publication, copies of which are available in the Library of the House.
