What is their latest estimate of the cost to the tourism industry of the foot-and-mouth outbreak. [HL1846]

The estimated loss to the tourism industry as a result of foot and mouth disease is estimated to be between £2.9 billion and £3.6 billion in the months from March to October 2001.
