To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what communications she has received from the European Commission concerning the draft Wireless Telegraphy (Control of Interference from Material Substances Forming Part of the Telecommunications System) Regulations 2001; and if she will make a statement. The Government received a detailed opinion from the Commission on 29 November and I will be responding, after receiving comments from the Radiocommunications Agency.
