To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions which body is responsible for the completion of Irish Sea cable reference 360 Atlantic/C. [21540]

Consent was originally granted to Atlantic/C, who have now gone into liquidation. Responsibility for the cable is now in the hands of the administrator—Wallace, Philip Wedgewood.
