Member for Guildford (Mr. St. Aubyn) on 18 May 2000, Official Report, column 257W. by my right hon. Friend the Chief Secretary. Information on advertising costs for the agencies and departmental public bodies of the Treasury could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
