§ Mr. Morley[holding answer 28 July 2000]: In respect of organic conversion aid to farmers, we have set aside £12 million for 2000–01, £18 million for 2001–02 and £20 million for 2002–03. The budget for research and development in the organic sector is £2.1 million for each of the three years.
